Context of "LOVELIEST OF THE TREES THE CHERRY NOW".


In this poem, the poet has portrayed the beauty of the cherry tree. While describing the beauty of cherry tree the poet invites people to amuse themselves by the fascinating charms of nature. He wants to convey that we have been blessed with countless scenes of attraction .man’s life seems to be a short span to enjoy the bewitching natural phenomenon. He seems to lament over the twenty years of his life which he wasted without enjoying this beauty.
