CONTEXT OF"A SINDHI WOMAN"

In this poem the poet has portrayed a picture of Karachi slums.While describing the movement of a Sindhi woman the poet has paid a glowing tribute to the dignity of  labour.He wants to convey that those people who are habitual of working hard are physically and spiritually more fit then those people who are lazy and depend upon others.

Context of "IN THE STREET OF FRUIT STALLS".

This is a symbolic and thought provoking poem.While describing the street of fruit stalls, he wants to describe the co-existence of feelings of joy and sorrow in this world.He wants to convey that world today is overpowered by war and misery but these negative things have no effect on happiness of people.He wants to suggest that people ignore all the problems of the world when they are in merry-making mood.
